Singlemode VCSEL 850 nm with photodiode, 1mW
The new surface emitter—a single-mode VCSEL (vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser) with a wavelength of 850 nm and an output power of 1 mW—offers a wide range of features: circular beam cross-section, transverse single-mode capability, and polarization maintenance. In addition, a photodiode is integrated into its TO-46 housing. This enables it to support demanding applications in the industrial and life science sectors, including sensor technology, image processing, LIDAR, and time-of-flight measurement.
